Please note that vouchers purchased online can only be redeemed in our online shop! If you need a voucher for one of our partner stores, please purchase it directly from the respective pearl shop.

Once your voucher order has been processed by us you will receive for each voucher a voucher number via e-mail with which you can conveniently pay at our online shop.

We do not send physical certificates! If you want to give a gift voucher from us we recommend to buy in the paper shop a blank voucher or a beautiful gift card and in this you can write our voucher number(s).

Our vouchers have no expiration date and can be redeemed indefinitely.
