Can I collect my online order in person?
Unfortunately, online orders cannot be collected in person. They are dispatched from our warehouse in Lower Austria, which is not open to customers.

How much does shipping cost?
We send orders as insured parcels with Austrian Post. You can find the current prices, free-shipping thresholds and estimated delivery times in our shipping overview.

How can I pay for my order?
For a customer’s first orders, we normally ask for payment in advance by bank transfer. After completing the order, you will receive an automated email containing our bank details. Please also check your spam or junk folder.
Regular customers with a reliable payment history may later be switched to payment by invoice and can pay after receiving their order.

Do you offer a printed catalogue?
No. We do not produce a printed product catalogue. Our complete and continuously updated range is available in our online shop.

We do our best to dispatch every order as quickly as possible.

Will sold-out items be sent later free of charge?
No. Because restocking times can sometimes be very long, sold-out items are not automatically backordered or sent later free of charge. If you still need an item, please order it again once it is available.

No. The unit price is always based on the quantity you originally ordered, even if only a smaller quantity can be supplied.

No. Quantity prices apply to one specific item number. Each colour and size is calculated separately, even when two products differ only slightly.
Do resellers receive an additional trade discount?
No. Our selling prices are determined exclusively by the quantity tiers shown for each item.
